Questions re: game

Can others see what Blasse sees in the mirrors? Or, do we all see our own visions? I'm sure it's the latter, but I just want to clarify before I post.

I was also wondering that. And are we aware of Blasse getting away?

Yes, you see only your own visions... though to have everyone see them would make it a bit more interesting I suppose...hhmmm... but then to do that, the group would have to stay together which would off set Blasse....

Oh what to do... uhm... ya know what... everyone will see there own visions, once everyone has posted their past, I'll put one up for Blasses possible future.

As for the second question... I would think everyone would be caught up in their own visions and not notice that they are alone at the moment... not really realizing it until they draw close to the end of the Hall of Mirrors.... what do you guys think?

I'm fine with them getting caught in their own visions (Markie's is a bit of a doozie, lol, she'd easily be distracted by it). The mark she put on Blasse's clothes was essentially a tracking rune, so if they were separated, she could find her again.

So, ummm... now I'm confused as to what the next step is. Are we to see future possibilities as well, or does it end with us being confused and realizing that Blasse is gone? Sorry if I'm taking the mystery out of things but it's hard to know exactly what to respond to in this particular situation.

Anywho... yes, now everyone would see one or two possible futures. I'll leave how many and what up to you all. I did Blasse the way I did so that the possabilities could be explored by the players and not dictated out by me. I figured this would add more character to the characters as well as give me ideas to add to the future of the story itself.
So you all can come up with a fairytale ending for your characters, a dark and dreary one or one somewhere in between.... Sound fair enough?

it's not the first time in an online game either. You confused everyone once during our days on MSN. You always seem to confuse everyone at some point in any game, online or not, and I always seem to monkey wrench any game atleast once. Sometimes more.

Lol, not confused, was just waiting for direction. After we see our futures, are we separated from everyone else as well, or is Blasse the only one cut from the herd?

Also, is this a massive illusion spell? What sort of magic is involved? Just wondering so I know if Markie will be able to break out of it.

Once the visions are over Blasse will be within sight just not right there next to you all like she was when everyone went in.

It's not illusion type magic. It's..... precognative? More fortune telling than a random illusion and, given Markies background, I would think she would be able to pick up on it. I'll leave it's effects up to you though

Probably me or Lorac. I've been really uninspired lately with everything going on at home and this damn cold/cough I've had for two weeks now. I'll try to get something up this weekend.

Actually, yes, I am waiting more on Red than I am the twins but... in the mean time... I have been aquiring and learning how to use some 3d graphics programs like DAZ 3d, Bryce 6.3 and I think I'm going to dabble in either Hexagon or Wings3...

So I was wondering, if you could choose anyone to play your character in a live action type movie of our imaginary little world... who would it be?

I know when I first started playing Doc, I based him off of Val Kilmers' portrayal in Tombstone but, as time went on, he changed... I'm not sure who would be best suited to play him as he is now but I'm thinking either Gerard Butler or Hugh Jackman. What do you guys think?

I may not be on for the next day or so, my son is graduating from the 8th grade on Tuesday but when I get back I was planning on putting up a post and working on some pics for our characters.

I've always pictured her in practical clothes. Form fitting leather with a leather vest. Congrats to your boy on his graduation. Have a good time!

Ok... I snagged a couple of pics of her to use as a reference model for my programs.... so what do you picture Markie wearing?

Nothing fancy. I envision her in simple clothes, easy to move in, but nothing that she'll be afraid to get blood or dirt on. She'd go along with whatever the prevailing fashion was more or less. She tends to wear pants more than skirts.

In the meantime... the characture for Red is coming along... slowly but it is coming along...
Once I have Red done I'll do one for Markie, Doc and Blasse.... then I'ld like to do Key, Kivan, Vincent and the rest...

Sorry, I've been sick with a crummy cold and busy with lots of crazy stuff at home. If you want to skip me this round, feel free. Red will have followed Markie back to Blasse and promptly led the group out of the mirror maze. I just don't have it in me right now to write it all out.
